Shipping Policy

At GrabMaze, we’re passionate about getting the perfect pair of shoes to your doorstep quickly, securely, and transparently. Our shipping policy is designed to offer a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • U.S. States Covered: All 50 U.S. states.
  • Currently Not Shipping To: U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time—we’re working on it!

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Additional shipping charges may apply, calculated at checkout and shown before purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Carriers: We ship with trusted partners like UPS and FedEx.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your shoes are on the way, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your Tracking Number
  • A Direct Tracking Link
  •  Delivery Date

You can also track your package anytime via our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery: No signature is required for most deliveries.
  • Bulk Orders or High-Value Items: May require a signature or a scheduled delivery window.
  • Missed Delivery: Carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You can reschedule or pick up from their local facility if needed.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost Package: If your package hasn’t arrived or the tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@grabmaze.com. We’ll verify and provide a replacement if confirmed lost.
  • Damaged Package:
    • Refuse delivery if the damage is visible.
    • Contact us within 48 hours to report the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or return.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Contact us immediately at support@grabmaze.com to change unshipped orders. Changes can’t be made once shipped.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel unshipped orders for a full refund. Once shipped, returns must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays & Exceptions

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics may occasionally occur. We’ll notify you and provide updated information if your delivery is affected.
